“Happy to Have Found the Touch”: Smriti Mandhana on her stunning form in Commonwealth Games

Smriti Mandhana might have provided the platform for India’s historic semi-final win against England, but the stylish opener claims that it will be Sneh Rana’s “amazing” death overs bowling that will remain in the hearts of all. After Mandhana’s record-breaking half-century, Rana (4-0-28%-2) and Deepti (4-0-18-1), India won the memorable match. “In matches such as this, roles must be changed. Deepti’s bowling in the middle was crucial. Rana bowled with just three fielders in deep, which was remarkable. After the game, Mandhana stated that this match would be remembered for a very long time.

Mandhana felt it was more important than ever to win, even though he had lost close games, including the 2017 ODI World Cup final.

“I was trying my best to recall the last-ball matches and hoped that we would cross the line. When Mandhana was asked about her throw from deep to run Nat Sciver, Mandhana replied, “We haven’t done so well, so more than my fielding, we weren’t doing that well.”

Mandhana stated that she had been batting well the past 2-3 weeks. It was almost like it was two years ago. I am happy to have found the touch and hope to do it in the final. He thanked Indian supporters for their unwavering support.

“The support was overwhelming today for England. It’s a common occurrence. It takes me half an hour to get things settled in. It’s been amazing today.”

Jemimah Rodriguez sustained a hand injury while fielding, but she will play in the final tomorrow.

“Jemimah, she is a fighter. These things happen. The skipper stated that she would be fine. She had a slight sprain in her hand, but she will be fine.”

Harmanpreet supported the decision to give Shafali Verma the 16th run, which was 15 runs.

“She is very confident. We need someone who loves to bowl. It is important to change the pace. We tried to do this by using her to adjust the pace. While one of her overs was successful, the other was very costly. England’s innings saw her look very energetic. This was intentional to keep the intensity high.

“I needed to get fired up because if I was charged, the team will be involved, and they won’t think we’re out.

Smriti Madhana’s Clever Knock That Placed India in CWG Cricket Final

Media rights: ICC issues clarifications, but the broadcast industry demands more clarity

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released a series of clarifications regarding the media rights tender, but the immediate reaction of Indian broadcasters and digital players has more confusion than clarity, with the exception of the subject of tax withholding. The ICC is certain that the correct procedure has been outlined.

A long document that is around 200 pages, and answers more than 700 questions, is unable to satisfy with its answers on the much-needed precision in the multiplier used for the bids of four and eight years and more crucially, what the ICC determines the bids to be considered for the second round.

Also puzzling, as an Indian industry official mentioned is the ICC requirement to submit financial bids on the 22nd of August in order to be open just four days later. It is an ITT (Invitation to Tender) clause, which requires the submission of an envelope prior to the deadline that contains the bid amount with other evidence of company qualifications for evaluation.

The Indian executive team believes that the bids will be opened on August 26, then why you should submit them earlier. Additionally, although envelopes will be open in front of the entire participants, their worth of them won’t be disclosed to each other.

The ICC has not responded, however, one must be aware that the multiplier used to determine the worth of four and eight-year bids remain undetermined in order to safeguard the principle of closed bidding. “That is what sealed bids are all about,” said a source who is in the know. “That is the most important thing to the entire tender. What is the reason why it should be disclosed? It is the responsibility of the parties to estimate the amount and make bids.”

In the case of that four-day (from August 22 to) gap, It is believed that the time is necessary due to the fact that the ICC is looking to ensure that there are safeguards in place and due diligence is carried out the requirements are met and that administratively everything is in the right place.

The ICC has made the adjustment on why a premium of 20 percent is required in the event of moving in the India Time Zone as well as also why there is no concession in case it is relocated out of it. The broadcasters have been informed that they’ll receive discounted rates of 20 percent in the event that an event is moved to a time zone that is not Indian that has a greater than four-hour time difference.
